摘  要:以盆栽的2年生常绿欧洲荚蒾为试材,用控制浇水模拟干旱的方法,研究了干旱胁迫对常绿欧洲荚蒾叶片膜脂过氧化和抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,短时间的干旱,常绿欧洲荚蒾叶片质膜透性和丙二醛含量变化不显著,随着干旱胁迫处理时间的延长,叶片质膜透性和丙二醛含量升高,干旱胁迫处理28 d,相对电导率增加了65%,MDA含量增加了51%;SOD和POD活性在短时间干旱胁迫下显著升高,然后下降并呈波幅变化,干旱胁迫处理28 d,SOD活性比对照增加了140%,POD活性增加了30%,表明常绿欧洲荚蒾有较高的抗干旱能力.The effect of drought stress on membrance lipid peroxidation and antioxidative activity in Viburnum opulus var.leaves were studied with 2-year potted seedlings simulating soil water status.Comparing to the control,the results showed the plasma membrane permeability and malondialdehyde content did not change significantly in a short drought stress time,but gradually increased with the elongation of drought stress time.After 28 days drought stress,the conductivity percentage increased 65%,MDA content increased 51%.The activities of SOD and POD activities of leaves increased evidently at first,and then dropped under long drought stress time.After 28 days drought stress,SOD activities increased 140% of control,POD activities increased 30%.Based on the results above we concluded that Viburnum opulus var.show high adaptability to drought stress.
