摘　　要：根据重庆两路寸滩保税港区的实际,分析了保税港区建设面临的工程建设难度大、用地条件差、经营资金紧缺等问题,提出了两路寸滩保税港区建设的基础设施建设、土地资源优化配置、产业布局、融资渠道等对策建议,对于重庆两路寸滩保税港区的建设及发展具有重要意义.The paper analyzed the problems such as the large construction difficulties,the land disadvantages,capital shortage in the construction of Chongqing Lianglu-Cuntan bonded port,and put forward the countermeasures about infrastructure construction,land resource optimization,industrial organization,financing channel,which is useful to the construction and development of Chongqing Lianglu-Cuntan bonded port.
