奥丹西隆对小鼠和地鼠学习记忆改善作用及褪黑素的拮抗作用

摘  要:目的 探讨奥丹西隆对东莨菪碱造成动物记忆障碍的改善作用。方法 采用跳台法,迷津法测定奥丹西隆对小鼠和地鼠学习能力影响,并与尼莫的平及褪黑素的作用作比较,对其机制作了初步探讨。结果 奥丹西隆01 ,1 或5 μg·kg- 1 ip 或po 时有拮抗东莨菪碱作用,表现出显著的益智作用,有效剂量小于尼莫的平(03 mg·kg - 1) 。奥丹西隆单独应用无效。结论 奥丹西隆对东莨菪碱引起的动物记忆障碍有显著改善作用,其机制可能涉及乙酰胆碱、5 H TAIM To evaluate the effects of ondansetron (Ond) on memory impairment induced by scopolamine (Sco) in rodent. METHODS Using test of learning ability in mices and in cricetuluses Y maze and in mices step down to observe the effects of promoting intelligence by Ond. ip or po . RESULTS There were significant antagonist effects by Ond 0 1,1 or 5 μg·kg -1 ip or po on memory impairment in Sco model,but not any effect when Ond alone was used. The effective dose of Ond was less than nimodipine (0 3 mg·kg -1 ), and melatonin 0 5 mg·kg -1 could attenuate the improvement effects by Ond. CONCLUSION Ond could significantly improve the memory impairment induced by Sco. The mechanism of promoting inteligence by Ond may relate to cross talking between acetylcholine, 5 HT, GABA etc. transmitters.
