摘 要:目的探讨T淋巴细胞趋化功能及IgE的产生与呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎的发病关系,寻找检测细胞免疫功能的新方法。方法采用微量玻片法和放射免疫法,观察RSV肺炎患儿外周血T淋巴细胞趋化值及总IgE的变化。结导RSV肺炎患儿外周血T淋巴细胞趋化值为4.96%±0.29%,总IgE为(567.00±169.60)mg/L,明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。给论RSV肺炎的患儿类同于支气管哮喘患儿,存在明显的免疫功能紊乱,表现为T淋巴细胞起化性和B淋巴细胞分泌IgE明显的增高。Objective To explore the relationship between the chemotaxis of T- cell,the procreation of IgE and the incidence of RSV pneumonia, and also to find a new way to study the function of cell immunity. Methods Using trace sheet glass and radioisotopic immunology, detecting the chemotactic numerical value of T-cell and the changes of IgE in the patients' peripheral blood, and compare with children who were controlled.Results The chemotactic numerical value of T- cell of 28 cases of RSV pneumonia is 4.96% ±0.29% and their IgE is (567.00±169.60)mg/L, both much higher than 34 cases of controll group (P<0.01). Conclusion There is obvious disturbance of immune function in children with RSV pneumonia just like bronchial asthma, This study show that the rising of chemotactic numerical value of T - cell and IgE can be a new way to explore the function of cell immunity.
