环孢素A治疗小儿难治性肾病疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察环孢素A治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法选择符合小儿难治性肾病综合征诊断标准的患儿21例,环孢素A 5 m g/(kg.d)治疗,维持血药浓度在100～200 m g/m L,用药3个月后逐渐减量至6个月停药。在治疗中采取规范的护理措施,并观察24h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、血浆胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素氮及定期监测肝、肾功能,血、尿常规,环孢素A血药浓度,血清补体等指标。10例行肾活检,了解病理类型。结果 21例患儿经治疗后,肾病综合征症状缓解,继续治疗6个月后,各项生化指标进一步好转,临床缓解率提高。结论环孢素A治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征疗效肯定,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the CsA on Cnphnritic Syndrome.Methods 21 children who were suffering from severe renal Syndrome and conformed to its typical standards.CsA 5 mg/（kg·d）was managed and keep the density of blood drugs between 100 mg/mL and 200 mg/mL.After three months,reduced the drug amounts little by little unitl stop them six months later.We took standard care measures in the process of curing and observe the normal amount of uninary protein,plasma white protein,plasma cholesterol and the BUN of scr fro 24 hours and make regular checks of the date for liver,kidney,blood,routine urinalysis,the blood density of CsA,serum complement and so on.These were 10 cases for kidney examinatios and learn more about the illness kinds.Results After treated,the sydrome of 21 children relieve step by step.And treatment for six months,all the physical date turned better and the soothing rate of clinical experiments were increasing.Conclusion CsA is effective on Nephritic Sydrome and lower rate of recycling.
