摘  要:通过对济钢3200m^3高炉喷煤工艺的改进和操作优化,彻底解决了喷吹启动困难问题,减小了喷吹脉动现象,装煤速度快,喷吹能力大,满足了高炉喷煤量的要求,最大喷煤比已达170kg/t以上。它的成功应用为高炉生产稳定,增产降焦提供了良好条件,降低了成本,实现了节能减排。The problems of the injection startup were thoroughly solved through the improvement and optimization of pulverized coal injection technology for 3 200 m3 blast furnace in jigang. The better effects were achieved as followed: reducing the injection pulsation phenomenon, accelerating coaling speed, improving the injection capacity and meeting the requirements of blast furnace pulverized coal injection. The largest coal injection ratio reached more than 170 kg/t. Its successful application could provide good conditions for the stable production, increasing production and dropping coke rate of blast furnace, with the effects of reducing the cost and realizing the energy saving and emission reduction.
