高校学生家乡观念的表现特点及管理措施研究

摘　　要：文章总结了当代大学生这个特殊群体的家乡观念的表达特点和形式。提出高校应通过全面了解和加强管理等措施来引导大学生树立健康理性的家乡观念;在工作中要善于利用家乡观念的积极作用,限制和克服其消极作用,使学生教育管理工作更具有针对性和实效性。This article summarizes performance characteristics and forms of home concept of the special group of contemporary undergraduates.It puts forward that universities should guide undergraduates to establish healthy and reason home concept by comprehensive understanding and strengthening management measures,make good use of home concept,play active role and overcome negative effects of it in work,thus education and management of undergraduates could be more focused and effective.
