摘  要:当前大学生就业中存在着"有业不就"的现象,这加剧了大学生的就业困难。大学生"有业不就"与就业观念相关,包括大学生对就业困难程度的认知、选择工作时对诸如就业区域、薪资水平、培训机会和工作氛围等因素的影响。因此,解决大学生"有业不就"需要从上述几方面着手,关键是帮助大学生树立正确的就业观。The questionnaire survey shows that there exists the phenomenon of "have jobs but not to apply" in the university students" employment, which accelerates the employment difficulty of the university students. The main factor of influencing the university students" "have jobs but not to apply" is the university students" employment idea, such as the university students" recognition on the difficult degree of employment, and the important factors in the job choosing such as employment field, wage level, training opportunity and working environment. Therefore, the key to solving the university students" "have jobs but not to apply" is to help university students build the correct employment idea from the aspects of employment field, salary, package, job training and working environment and employment expectation.
