青霉素菌渣残留降解物对小鼠生理生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为了观测饲喂青霉素菌渣残留降解物后小鼠体重及生理生化指标的变化情况,探讨其作为蛋白饲料投入养殖业开发利用的可能性,试验给小鼠饲喂不同剂量的青霉素菌渣残留降解物,连续观察其一般状态,记录体重及死亡情况;试验结束后抽样处死小鼠,取内脏称重并计算脏器系数,同时取血测定相关生理、生化指标。结果表明:各组小鼠精神状态良好,均未发现异常现象;各组间小鼠体重无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验组外周血的相关生理、生化指标与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验组脏器系数与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。说明青霉素菌渣残留降解物对小鼠的体重和生理、生化指标无显著性影响。To observe the physiological and biochemical indicators of mice after fed by residue degradation products of penicillin bacteria, exploring the possibility of applying it to aquaculture as the protein feed, the mice were fed the different doses of residue degradation products of peni- ciUin bacteria. The general state of the mice were observed continuously, the some mice were kit[ed to weigh the internal organs, to calculate the organ coefficients, and measure the related physiological and biochemical indicators of blood. The results showed that the mice in each group were in good spirits, the body weights of mice among the groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the blood physiological and biochemical indicators of the two treatment groups were no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the organ coefficients of treatment groups were no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. In this trial conditions, the residue degradation products of penicillin bacteria had a slight effects on weight and the blood physiological and biochemical indicators of of mice.
