摘  要:从脱墨剂的性能出发,通过测试表面活性剂的各种物化性能,研究了黏度、Zeta电位、起泡性等因素对表面活性剂脱墨性能的影响;运用最小二乘法进行数值分析,研究各物化性能之间的相关性,建立表面活性剂物化性能与脱墨性能之间的量化关系,以提高脱墨剂使用效率。结果表明:表面活性剂的黏度、Zeta电位、起泡性等因素都对纸张白度有很大的影响,并且各因素之间也有相关联系。Surfactant plays an important role in flotation deinking process of waste paper by reducing the ink surface tension,wetting and dispersing ink,penetration,emulsification and removing ink,etc.In the present work,the surfactant physic-chemical properties,which related to deinking efficiency,were measured.The effect of viscosity,Zeta potential and foaming ability on deinking efficiency of surfactants was investigated.The correlation among these physic-chemical properties and the correlation between them and the deinking efficiency were determined by using the numerical analysis method of least squares.The results show that the factors of viscosity,Zeta potential and foaming ability have great influence on paper whiteness with correlative relationship between each other.
