摘 要:针对传统酚醛树脂原料甲醛、糠醛的毒性大、易挥发、刺激性强等特点,利用沸点高、挥发度小、毒性低的α,β-呋喃丙烯醛与苯酚制备一种改性酚醛树脂,由于引入了呋喃环和柔性侧链,在体系中形成呋喃树脂的同时改善树脂的脆性。将改性酚醛树脂与环氧树脂、稀释剂、固化剂等助剂配制成改性酚醛/环氧树脂防腐涂料,考察了固化剂、溶剂、苯酚与α,β-呋喃丙烯醛的摩尔比及改性酚醛树脂与环氧树脂的配比对涂料性能的影响,得出较优配方为:固化剂三乙烯四胺6.54%、稀释剂乙酸乙酯14.06%、促进剂DMP-30 0.4%、改性酚醛树脂26.32%及环氧树脂52.68%。制备的防腐涂料既具有改性酚醛树脂优良的耐酸性,又具有环氧树脂的耐碱性和粘结性,可应用于管道、油罐和车辆等结构物表面的防腐。As the traditional raw materials formaldehyde and furfural have the characteristics of high toxicity,high volatility and penetrating odor, they were replaced by α, β-furyl-acrolein of high boiling point,low volatility and low toxicity in the preparation of modified phenolic resin with the reaction with phenol. Furan ring and flexible side-chain were introduced in the modified phenolic resin to form furan resin and improve toughness of the system. Modified phenolic/epoxy resin antieon'osive coatings was prepared with modified phenolic resin, epoxy resin, solvent, curing agent and auxiliaries.Effects of curing agent, solvent, the ratio of phenol to α, β-furyl-acrolein and ration of modified phenolic resin/epoxy resin on the performance of modified phenolic/epoxy resin antieorrosive coatings were investigated to get the optimum formula for the coatings.The results show that excellent performance anticoticosive coatings was got when triethylene tetramine as curing agent of 6.54%,ethyl acetate as solvent of 14.06%,accelerant DMP-30 of 0.4%,modified phenolic resin of 26.32% and epoxy resin of 52.68%.The prepared anticorrosive coatings has good acid resistance of modified phenolic resin, as well as eminent alkali resistance and caking property of epoxy resin,and can be used as superficial coatings of pipe,oil tanks,vehicles and so on.
