摘 要:研究了醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯乳胶粉和丁苯乳液在不同养护条件下对聚乙烯醇纤维水泥砂浆拉伸粘结强度的影响。结果表明,这2种聚合物能有效提高聚乙烯醇纤维水泥砂浆的拉伸粘结强度。随着聚合物掺量的增加,无论在空气中养护还是浸水养护,砂浆与混凝土板及聚苯板的拉伸粘结强度均逐渐增大,只是浸水养护更有利于拉伸粘结强度的发展。丁苯乳液对提高砂浆与混凝土板的拉伸粘结强度比醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯乳胶粉具有优势,而对砂浆与聚苯板的粘结来说则相反。The effect of two polymers(vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate copolymer redispersible powder and styrene-lmtadiene rubber latex) on the bond strength of polyvinyl alcohol fiber cement mortar at different curing situations was studied. The results show that two polymers can effectively enhance bond strength. With increase of polymer content, the bond strength of modified mortar with concrete board and polystyrene board at both air curing situation and water curing situation gradually increase,besides the bond strength of modified mortar at water curing situation is higher than that at air caring situation. The bond strength of styrene- butadiene rubber latex modified mortar is better than that of vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate copolymer redispersible powder modified mortar when the substrate is concrete board,while the latter is better than the former when the substrate is polystyrene board.
