建筑密封胶老化的影响因素

摘　　要：建筑密封胶的老化行为一直是受到广泛关注的问题。目前,我国对建筑密封胶的老化行为研究还处于比较落后的阶段。在国外,从20世纪70年代就开始借助人工加速老化方法和室外自然老化方法研究密封胶的老化行为,从而得到了一系列影响密封胶老化的环境因素。通过对单因素老化和多因素老化的分析,对国内外密封胶的老化研究成果进行了概括和总结。The ageing behavior of building sealants is always a problem which attracts extensive attention. At present,our country is still staying a less developed stage in the studying of the ageing behavior of building sealants. However,through both artificial accelerated ageing methods and outdoor natural ageing methods, the ageing behavior of building sealants has been investi- gated abroad slnee 1970s. Accordingly, a set of environmetTt factors were obtained which could affect the sealant ageing behavior. This paper summarized building sealant research productions at home and abroad by analyzing single-factor ageing and multi-factor ageing.
