摘 要:报道了在自由基引发剂作用下,含氢聚甲基硅氧烷与氯化聚丙烯的接枝共聚及其对接枝共聚物粘接性能的研究。研究发现以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯腈和马来酸酐改性可提高共聚物对聚丙烯-聚丙烯、聚丙烯-铝的粘接剪切强度,以丙烯酸丁酯改性提高得更为明显。固化条件影响粘接性能,当固化温度为120℃时,适当延长固化时间,剪切强度提高,添加2~3%的交联剂可使粘接强度明显提高,PP-PP间达5.2MPa,PP-铝间达8.2MPa,铝-铝间达13.1MPa。该产物还可用于其他聚烯烃粘接。The graft copolymerization of CPP with hydrogen PMS in the presence of free-radical initiator and the effect on the adhe-sion of the copolymer were studied in this paper. It was found that the adhesion strength of the copolymer to PP and aluminiumcould be improved by bytyl acrylate, acrylonitrile and maleic anhydride moddification, and the improvement was more obvi-ous when modified by bytyl acrylate. Curing condition had effect on the adhesion: the adhesion strength was increased by pro-longing the curing time at 120℃, the strength was obviously increased by adding 2~3% crosslinking agent, the strength was5.2 MPa, 8. 2 MPa and 13.1 MPa respectively for PP-PP, PP-aluminium and aluminium-aluminium. The product couldalso be applied to the adhesion for other polyolefins.
