摘  要:以PEG做稳定剂制备了RuB非晶态纳米催化剂.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电镜(TEM)和等离子发射光谱(ICP)对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,RuB以高分散态存在,其中金属钌的平均粒径约为2.4 nm.该研究考察了聚合度、溶剂、催化剂用量、催化剂中硼钌比、压强和添加剂等因素对喹啉加氢反应转化率和选择性的影响,对催化剂失活原因作了初步探讨.该催化剂中金属的负载量低,在较温和条件下,对喹啉加氢表现出良好的催化活性和选择性.以水为溶剂,在氢气压力为3 MPa和反应温度为90℃,喹啉与催化剂的物质的量比为200∶1的条件下,催化反应进行60 min,喹啉加氢转化率达到98.4%,生成1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉的选择性达99.6%.TOF值为131.1 h-1.Amorphous RuB nano-catalyst was stabilized by poly ethylene glycol(PEG).The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and atomic emission spectroscopy(AES).The results showed that RuB nanoparticles were highly dispersed and their average particle diameter was about 2.4 nm.The effect of degree of polymerization,solvents,the amount of catalysts,the ratio of ruthenium to boron,pressure of hydrogen and additive on the reaction was investigated.The catalyst shows the high activity and good selectivity for the hydrogenation of quinoline to 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline.When water was used as solvent,the molar ratio of quinoline/Ru was 200∶1,hydrogen pressure 3 MPa,and reaction temperature 90 ℃ in 60 min,the conversion of quinoline was up to 98.4% and the selectivity to 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline was over 99%.with the TOF value of 131.1 h-1.
