摘　　要：为了快速准确地选择切换目标小区和提高切换成功率,首先给出了一种基于灰色关联分析方法的目标小区确定方法,并对其进行仿真验证;其次,由于移动速度对切换的影响,对基于移动速度的切换算法进行改进,然后对改进算法和传统算法进行仿真比较;最后从接收信号强度和切换次数两方面评估,得出改进算法比传统算法性能更优。In order to choose handover-target-cell quickly and accurately,and improve the success rate of handover,this paper first presented a theory of determination about target-cell,which based on grey relational analysis method,and its simulation verification.Second,it improved the handover algorithm based on the mobile velocity,and then compared the improved algorithm with traditional algorithm by simulation.At last,judging from the received signal code power and the handover times,it draws a conclusion that the improved algorithm is better than traditional algorithm.
