辣木油对家兔皮肤创伤的保护作用

摘　　要：观察辣木油对家兔皮肤创伤愈合的影响。取健康大耳白兔18只,随机分为空白对照组、京万红组和辣木油组,将背部左右侧各切取直径2.35 cm大小的皮肤,深及皮下筋膜,造成创伤模型,每天涂药1次,测定创面面积,计算愈合率和愈合时间;于术后的第3 d、7 d、10 d,切取涂药部位和空白未涂药部位皮肤全层,制片,作HE染色后镜下观察创面组织形态学的改变并进行皮肤病变程度的分级。结果显示辣木油可加速创面愈合,缩短愈合时,减轻组织的病理变化。提示了辣木油能够促进家兔皮肤创伤的愈合。To investigate the protection effect of external use of Moringa oil on skin injury of rabbit, 18 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups as negative control, Jinwanhong oil treatment, and Moringa oil treatment. A piece of skin deep to subcutaneous fascia with a diameter of 2.35 cm was cut on both side of the back of the rabbits to construct the wound model, then the wound were treated with the oil everyday, and the wound area was measured to determine the healing rat and the healing time;the whole derma of the wound skin was cut after 3 d,7 d,and 10 d,dyed by HE and observed with microscope to determine the corresponding pathogenic degree. The results showed that external use of Moringa oil can accelerate wound healing, shorten healing time, and alleviating pathogenic changes which remind that Moringa oil can promote rabbit skin wounds restoration and healing.
