摘 要:以硫酸钴、氢氧化钠为原料,氨水为络合剂,抗坏血酸为保护剂合成β-Co(OH)2。实验研究了反应温度、氢氧化钠溶液浓度、络合剂与硫酸钴中Co2+的摩尔比和保护剂对产品收率的影响。采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法对工艺条件进行优化,得到了β-Co(OH)2合成的最优工艺条件。实验结果表明:在反应温度为79℃、氢氧化钠溶液浓度为2.89 mol/L、络合剂与硫酸钴中Co2+的摩尔比为2.19等条件下,合成的β-Co(OH)2最高收率为97.40%,同时通过X射线衍射对产物进行了结构表征。β-Co(OH)2 was synthesized with cobalt sulfate,sodium hydroxide as raw materials,ammonia as complexing agent,and ascorbic acid as protective agent.The effects of reaction temperature,concentration of NaOH,molar ratio of complexing agent to cobalt ion on the yield were investigated,and the reaction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology(RSM)with three factors and three levels.A correlation model for the optimized synthesis yield of β-Co(OH)2 was presented.The optimal synthesis conditions of β-Co(OH)2 with ascorbic acid were as follows:reaction temperature 79 ℃,concentration of NaOH 2.89mol/L,ratio of complexing agent to cobalt ion 2.19,and the optimized yield was 97.40%.The structure of the product was verified by XRD.
