摘　　要：近年来世界各国科技投入逐年加大,投入方式不断创新,力求找到科技与金融结合的最佳路径,以发挥资金的最大效用。对各地政府来说,如何利用有限的政府资金,撬动社会资源,推动科技发展已经变成亟待解决的问题。本文从政府的角度,总结政府科技投入模式,分析存在问题及障碍,探索政府资金与科技结合的最佳路径。In recent days,countries around the world continue to increase ST investment and innovate investment ways,In order to find the best route of the combination of government funds and technology.For the Government,government funds are limited.So how to use these limited funds is the problem.This article standing on the Government＇s view,aim to analyze the government sci-tech input modes,and try to find the best route of the combination of government funds and technology.
