摘　　要：江苏城乡社会保障一体化,是推进江苏城乡公共服务与管理一体化的重要环节,也是贯彻落实党的十七大精神的基本要求。当前,江苏城乡社会保障一体化建设成绩斐然,同时也存在突出问题。这些成绩和问题具体表现在社会保障制度基本建立,但城乡差距较大;社会保险逐步建立健全,但养老、医疗保险急需加强;社会福利事业已经起步,但农村地区发展仍欠缺;社会救助能力不断增强,但救助水平总体仍较低。The Integration of Urban and Rural Social Security in Jiangsu Province is an important link to promot the integration of urban and rural public services and management.It＇s also the basic requirement to implement the spirit of the 17th Session of the General Assembly.At present,the building of the Integration of Urban and Rural Social Security in Jiangsu Province achieves splendid results,but there are many outstanding problems.The social security system has set up,but there is a big gap between urban and rural areas;social insurance has gradually established and strengthened,but the endowment insurance and medical insurance are badly in need of reinforcement;Social welfare has already been underway,but development is still lacking in rural areas;the capability of social assistance has been continuously enhanced,but the overall level of assistance is still low.
