浅论“十二五”期间甘孜州经济发展战略

摘　　要：随着新一轮西部大开发战略的推进和国家"十二五"规划的酝酿,甘孜州经济发展面临着更多机遇,制定一个正确而富有远见的经济发展战略对促进经济发展具有重要意义,本文深入分析甘孜州经济发展战略的有利条件和地区经济发展的自身优势,提出了以建立以"旅游、农牧、能源"为三大核心产业,优势矿产业为补充,现代化基础设施建设与人力资源开发管理体系为辅助的差异化经济发展战略体系的合理建议。With the new promotion of the western development strategy and the state,＂second Five Year Plan ＂ brewing,Ganzi economic development is faced with more opportunities to develop,constituting a correct and far-sighted economic development strategy to promote the importance of economic development,This in-depth analysis of Ganzi favorable conditions for economic development strategies and regional economic development,its advantages,is proposed to establish a ＂tourism,agriculture and animal husbandry,energy＂as the three core industries,mining industries added advantage,modern infrastructure and Human resources management system for the auxiliary system of differential rational economic development strategy recommendations.
