摘 要:加装电力系统稳定器(PSS)是目前抑制电力系统低频振荡最经济、最有效的办法。PSS抑制低频振荡的效果很大程度依赖于参数好坏。传统的PSS整定方法都是基于PSS退出运行时测量得到的励磁系统滞后特性进行整定的。为避免PSS退出运行时对系统稳定性造成危害,提出一种基于小信号激励的多机PSS参数在线闭环整定方法。该方法在线施加激励信号,对系统输出信号进行多信号Prony辨识得到系统的传递函数和留数矩阵,再利用留数相位补偿法计算PSS参数,可以在不退出PSS的情况下在线整定多台PSS的参数。2区4机系统和贵州电网数据的仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。该方法可应用于工程实际。The most cost-effective method to damp low frequency oscillation is installing power system stabilizer(PSS) to control generator excitation system,and the good damping effect mainly depends on suitable PSS parameters.Traditional methods to set PSS parameters are all based on measuring the phase lag characteristic of the excitation system when making PSS out of service,but the stability of the power system is decreased at the same time.To overcome the shortcoming of traditional methods,a small signal excitation based online closed-loop method is proposed to set parameters of multi-PSS.Firstly,probing signals are exerted to the power system online,and the multi-signal Prony technique is used to identify output signals of system to obtain transfer functions and residue matrices.Then,the residue phase compensation method is utilized to calculate parameters of multi-PSS at a time.The main advantage of the method proposed is that parameters of multi-PSS can be set online without the out of service of PSS.This method can be practically used and the feasibility and validity of it is demonstrated by simulations on a 2-area 4-machine power system and Guizhou Power Grid.
