摘  要:对实际电网的输电断面进行了特征分析,给出了初始断面、输电断面以及关键断面的定义。提出了一种基于电气分区的电网输电断面自动发现方法,根据实时潮流状态对电网进行电气分区,并利用图论的相关知识获得电网的最小割集作为初始断面,进而利用潮流方向以及支路开断分布因子等约束条件处理初始断面获得输电断面,最后根据输电断面的安全裕度发现关键断面。2个省级电网的实际算例验证了该方法既能找到运行方式专家给出的断面,也能发现新的断面,结果具有合理性和完整性,提高了对运行方式变化的适应性;同时,算例表明省级电网的断面自动发现时间小于1 min,能够实时应用。Features of flowgates in real-life power systems are analyzed,and definitions of initial flowgates,transmission flowgates and critical flowgates are proposed as well.A method to discover flowgates automatically based on electrical zone division is proposed.Firstly,electrical zone division of power system is obtained from real-time power flow solutions,and the initial flowgates which are the minimal cut sets of power grid are obtained based on graph theory.Then,transmission flowgates can be calculated from the initial flowgates based on the constraints of power flow direction and line outage distribution factor(LODF).Finally,the critical flowgates can be discovered based on the security margin of transmission flowgates.Tests on two real-life provincial power systems validate that the method can effectively locate not only the flowgates given by experts but also new flowgates.The test results are reasonable and comprehensive,which show the method has strong adaptability to changes in power system operations.At the same time,the tests show that flowgates of a provincial power system can be discovered in less than one minute.This effectively validate that the proposed method can be applied in real time.
