摘 要:【目的】研究全氟辛酸铵盐(PFOA)对土壤呼吸强度和微生物数量的影响,探究其对土壤的生态毒性。【方法】以采自不同地区的黄褐土、风沙土、土娄土、红壤为供试土样,采用室内模拟试验,在土壤中添加0,50,100,150,200,300,400 mg/kg PFOA,研究土壤呼吸强度和微生物(细菌、真菌、放线菌和芽孢杆菌)数量的变化。【结果】加入PFOA后,土壤呼吸强度有所减弱,但随PFOA含量的增加,土壤呼吸强度的变化规律并不明显;高含量PFOA会抑制土壤细菌数量;土壤芽孢杆菌和真菌受PFOA的影响不明显;PFOA对土壤放线菌数量有一定抑制作用,在供试土样中,除红壤外,PFOA含量与土壤放线菌数量间呈线性负相关,且其相关性达显著或极显著水平。【结论】放线菌可在一定程度上表征土壤PFOA污染的程度,土壤PFOA轻度和中度污染的临界质量浓度值分别为34和171 mg/kg。【Objective】 Effects of perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) on soil respiration and microbial were studied in order to indicate its eco-toxicity.【Method】 Cinnamonl,sandy,lou soil,red soil from different regions were sampled,to study soil respiration and microorganisms amount(bacteria,fungi,actinomyces,bacillus) after adding 0,50,100,150,200,300,400 mg/kg PFOA by indoor simulating experience.【Result】 PFOA could inhibit soil respiration.However,as the concentration of PFOA increased,there were no regular changes.PFOA in high concentration could inhibit the population of bacteria and actinomyces,and PFOA had no significant influence on the population of bacillus and fungi.Except red soil,the relationship between PFOA concentrations and actinomyces amounts reached significant or remarkably significant negative correlation.【Conclusion】 The population of actinomyces could be used as an index of soil PFOA pollution.The critical PFOA concentrations were 34 mg/kg for slightly polluted soil and 171 mg/kg for moderately polluted.
