摘　　要：在探索试验基础上进行了喷雾浓缩钛白废酸半工业试验。考察了新研制的喷雾浓缩废酸装置的稳定性、耐腐蚀性、经济性及酸回收率,确定了浓缩废酸最优工艺参数。结果表明,用新研制的喷雾浓缩装置处理钛白废酸具有较好的产业化前景。The semi-industrial test on concentrating waste acid from titanium dioxide production by spray concentration method based on pilot tests was carried out.The stability,corrosion resistance,economy and acid recovery of the new spray concentrated device were examined,and the optimal parameters of concentrating waste acid were determined.The Result showed that using the new spray concentration device to deal with titanium white waste acid had a good industrial prospect.
