刃针治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨刃针结合手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为刃针组和针刺组。刃针组采用在肱骨外上髁周边、软组织压痛及Mills试验疼痛处及沿桡侧伸腕长、短肌肌腱选取压痛点,多点、"十"字或"米"字切开,再手法治疗,每周1次,连做2次。针刺组采取阿是穴、曲池、手三里等针灸治疗7次一疗程。2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:刃针组治愈25例,针刺组治愈17例,两组治愈率经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:刃针结合手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎,治愈率优于针刺治疗。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Renzhen therapy for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods：60 patients were divided into acupuncture group and Renzhen group randomly.The Renzhen group uses epicondyle of the humerus with the surroundings.Select tender points of soft tissue pain and Mills experiment station and short tendon with some more points,then cut like a cross or M word,then use techniques.Take this method once a week,try twice.Acupuncture group takes the acupuncture therapy of ashi point,quchi,shousanli and treat the disease seven times as a course,make statistical data of treatment after two courses.Results：25 patients were cured with Renzhen therapy,while 17 patients were cured with acupuncture.We can find significant difference of the curative rate between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative rate of Renzhen therapy is better than that of acupuncture treatment.
