火针法与药熨法治疗寒痹之比较

摘　　要：本文就《内经》中关于火针与药熨的称谓、适应证、治疗特点等文献进行系统比较论述,并结合临床上正气虚实不同之寒痹特点,阐述如何选择这两种方法治疗寒痹。In the paper,the ancient literatures of the names,indications,characteristics of the fire-needle therapy and the hot herbal application therapy in Huangdi＇s Cannon of Internal Medicine were systematically compared and reviewed.In addition,with the different clinical characteristics of cold-bi syndromes due to the different deficiency-excess types of healthy qi,the author pointed out how to select the two therapies for the treatment of cold-bi syndrome.
