摘 要:目的:研究独角莲提取物对H22肝癌小鼠移植瘤bFGF表达影响。方法:以S-P免疫组化法检测荷瘤小鼠血管生成因子bFGF表达的变化,并以光镜和透射电镜观察肿瘤组织病理形态学的变化,研究独角莲提取物对肿瘤的抑制作用。结果:不同浓度的独角莲提取物对H22荷瘤小鼠均有明显的抑瘤作用,并呈剂量依赖关系,与复方环磷酰胺合用有明显的增效减毒作用,能够下调血管生长因子bFGF的表达而抑制肿瘤血管生成。结论:独角莲提取物能够通过影响血管生成相关因子的表达,抑制肿瘤血管生成,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。Objective :To study the expression of HORN LIAN to angiogenic factor bFGF in the anti -tumor effect on H22 tumor -bearing mice . Methods: To detect the expression of angiogenic factor bFGF in tumor - bearing mice with S -P immunohistochemical methods and to study the inhibitory action to tumor by observation of tumor tissue pathological changes with optical microscopy and transmission electron microscope. Results : The herb - serum including HORN LIAN has the anti - tumor effect on H22 tumor - bearing mice and it shows evident synergy and attenuation effect when it is used with Complex Prescription Cyclophosphamide and can inhibit the tumor angiogenesis by down regulation the expression of angiogenic factor bFGF in serum of tumor - bearing mice. Conclusion : HORN LIAN shows its anti - tumor effect by influencing the expression of angiogenesis correlation factor and inhibiting the tumor angiogenesis.
