摘 要:探讨稀疏机织物中纱线滑移阻力的测试方法。针对目前的测试方法在测试稀疏机织物中存在的不足及稀疏织物的特征,设计了一种利用钢梳测量纱线滑移阻力的方法,并分别采用该法和缝合法测得了不同经纬密的多种机织平纹网状织物中纱线的滑移阻力,分析了经纬密与织物中纱线滑移阻力的关系,认为在稀疏机织物的纱线滑移阻力测试中,钢梳法测试所得数据较缝合法更准确。Test methods of yarn slippage resistance force in sparse woven fabric were discussed. According to the disadvantages of current test method in testing sparse woven fabric and sparse woven fabric characteristics, one method of using steel comb to test yarn slippage resistance was designed. Then yarn slippage resistance in different warp. density and weft density plain mesh woven fabrics were tested by the above method and sewing method. Relationships among warp density & weft density and yarn slippage resistance in fabric were analyzed. It is considered that parameters got from steel comb test method are more accurate than the parameters got from steel comb test method during yarn slippage resistance force in sparse woven fabric.
