并条高倍牵伸工艺研究

摘　　要：探讨并条高倍牵伸分配工艺的应用效果。分析了并条顺牵伸、倒牵伸工艺的特点,针对这两种牵伸分配工艺存在的不足对所提出的高倍牵伸工艺进行了介绍,并对其使用效果和范围进行了分析。研究表明:高倍牵伸工艺能够兼顾弯钩纤维的伸直效果和条干均匀度的改善,其适用于普梳和差别化纤维的纯纺及混纺的并合工艺,能够达到提高成纱质量的目的。Application effect of super draft distribution in drawing was researched. Characteristics of forward draft and backward draft were analysed. The two draft processing disadvantages and super draft processing were introduced. Effect and range of super draft processing were analysed. The research shows that both straight effect and evenness CV of hooked fiber could be improved through adopting super draft processing. The super draft processing is suitable for carding spinning and differential fiber pure spinning ＆ blended spinning doubling processing, aim of improving finish yarn quality could be reached as well.
