摘　　要：某高压气液分离器壳体选用2205+16MnR双相钢复合钢板,椭圆封头厚度为(4+80)mm。在封头压制成形过程中,需要保证封头基层的力学性能和2205复层的耐腐蚀性,难度较大。经过反复试制,有效解决了双相钢复合板厚壁封头成形的技术难题,为今后双相钢复合板厚壁封头的压制成形提供了经验。A high - pressure liquid - vapor separator shell choose 2205 ＋ 16MnR duplex steel clad, thickness of ellipsoidal head for （4 ＋ 80） ram. In the ellipsoidal head pressure forming process, to ensure the head of 16MnR base mechanical properties and 2205 clad corrosion resistance is difficult. After repeated trial -produce, the duplex steel clad heavy wall -head forming technical problems were solved effectively, and it is a successful experience for duplex steel clad heavy wall -head.
