摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法， 以甲醇∶水＝ ５０∶５０（ Ｖ／ Ｖ） 为流动相， 苯乙酮为内标物，测定了３ ％ 克百威颗粒剂中克百威的含量。该法精密度Ｓ ＝ ０ ．０６８ ， ＲＳＤ＝ ２ ．１ ％ ， 回收率为９８－２ ％ ～９９ ．２ ％ 。A reversed phase HPLC was applied for determing the contents of 3% kebaiwei grained agent taking methanol and water of 1∶1 as the mobile phase and acetophenone as the internal standard. The precision was 0.068 with RSD being 2.1% and the recovery, 98.2%～99.2%.
