摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定二元混配吡·哒可湿性粉剂中的吡虫啉和哒螨灵的含量。色谱柱为μＢｏｎｄｐａｋ ＴＭ Ｃ１８ 柱（直径３－９ｍｍ ×３００ｍ ｍ） ，流动相为乙腈∶甲醇∶水／６０∶１０∶３０ ，用二极管阵列检测器，检测波长为２４０ｎｍ ，可得到满意的分离效果。A new method of imidacloprid and Pyridaben by using HPLC was discribed in this paper.It is determined on μ Bondpak TM C 18 column(Φ3.9mm×300mm)with uv/vis detector.The standard derivation of imidacloprid and pyridaben are 0.88%,0.76%,respectively.The recoveries of imidacloprid and pyridaben are 98.92%,99.23%,respectively.
