摘　　要：清代贵州大儒莫友芝,富藏书,精校雠,又精目录版本之学,是清末蜚声全国的版本目录学家。论文以《宋元旧本书经眼录》为中心,通过对该书成书过程之梳理,著述体例之分析,学术价值之评定,系统考察了莫友芝对清代版本目录学之贡献,同时也实事求是地指出了该书白璧微瑕之缺憾。Mo Youzhi who was a profound scholar and had more works was a famous scholar about edition and bibliography of Qing Dynasty. This paper takes the Song Yuan Jiu Ben Shu Jing Yan Lu as a center to study the book＇s process, analyses the works＇ writings style, evaluates the works＇ academic value. At the same time, it points out the flaws about this works.
