摘　　要：随着计算机技术的不断发展,各种应用系统的自动化程度在不断地加强,如果在已有软件的基础上进行二次开发,这将提高整个系统的开发速度和系统稳定性。本文根据MICROSOFT OFFICE中的EXCEL程序进行解析,并在此基础上对EXCEL在.NET的环境下进行二次开发中的设计和应用进行分析进而提出一些相应的方法对策,以期能为该类问题的解决做点工作。With the continuous development of computer technology,the automation of a variety of applications continues to strengthen,if the software has been based on secondary development,which will enhance the development of the whole system speed and system stability.According to the EXCEL MICROSOFT OFFICE analytical procedures,and on this basis in EXCEL.NET environment in the secondary development of the design and application of appropriate methods and then put forward some countermeasures to such problems for do something to solve.
