摘　　要：继2004年发现第一个胰岛特异miRNAs——miR-375后，大量资料表明miRNAs在胰岛发育、β细胞分化、胰岛素分泌中扮演重要角色。现就miRNAs在糖、脂代谢领域的研究作一综述。Since the first islet-specific microRNAs（miRNAs）--miR-375 was found in 2004,lots of data have confirmed the intimate relationship between miRNA and islet during its development, β cell differentiation and insulin secretion as well as glycometabolism and lipid metabolism.
