Investigations on Rickettsiosis in Shandong Province

摘　　要：为了解山东地区立克次体性疾病感染和流行状况，分别进行了斑疹伤寒、Ｑ 热、斑点热和恙虫病的流行病学和血清学调查。结果发现，山东是全国斑疹伤寒的重点发病疫区之一，以第四季度为发病高峰，青壮年病人较多，男多于女，农民和学生是主要职业；山东人间Ｑ 热、斑点热感染率分别为１１８ ％ 和１００７ ％ ，动物间也有较高的感染率；恙虫病在山东的危害日趋严重。In order to leam the infective and epidemic status of rickensiosis in Shandong province,epidemiological and serological investigations on typhus , Q fever,spotted fever and tsutsugamushi fever were carried out.The results showed that the province was one of the important epidemic typhus district in the country.The cases occurred mainly in the 4th season.The cases aged 15 to 50 accounted for 62.2%.The sex ratio was 1.80∶1(man/female ).Peasant and pupil cases were more common.The infective rates of Q fever were:human 1.18%,goat 13.14% ,cow 3.47% ,dog 32.56% 6,pig 1.75% .The infective rates of spoUed fever were : human 13.07% ,goat 13.58%,cow 43.70% ,donlcey 54.55%.Tsutsuganlushi fever becomes more and more dangerous in the province.The number of epidemic counties increased to about 20 since later 1980.Also 117 tsutsugamushi fever cases occumed in recent 2 years were investigated and analysed.
