育人为核心的民办高校学生党建工作新理念与新模式的探索

摘　　要：进入新世纪以来，中国高等教育发展从精英阶段进入大众化阶段，民办高等教育快速发展，从“重要补充”已发展成为“重要组成部分”。作为高等教育中具有重要育人功能和组织建设与管理作用的民办高校学生党建工作。也面临着全新的形势与创新发展的要求，必须注重以学生党员模范作用引导和推动人才培养的前提下，树立与民办高校人才培养中心任务相统一、相协调的全新理念，建立服务学生持续发展、终身发展、高质量发展的新的工作模式。The china＇s higher education has encountered a change from elite education to mass education since the new century. The private universities are playing more and more important roles. Student party construction in private colleges will be adapted to the new situation and requirements for innovation and development. It should set up an new idea which unifies and coordinates with the central task of personnel training in private colleges and establish new working mode for serving sustainable development, lifelong development and high quality development of students, while emphasizing the model guiding functions of student party members and the promotion of personnel training.
