摘　　要：文章结合水利科技推广体系建设方面的实践，就科研院所在完善科技推广网络、组织申报和实施科技推广项目、开展专题技术培训、宣传推广水利科技成果、开展国内外学术交流等方面取得的成效进行了分析探讨。With the practice in the promotion system of water conservancy science and technology, the paper discusses the achievements of scientific research institution in perfecting science and technology promotion network, declaring and implementing science and technology promotion project, organizing specific technology training, publicizing and promoting science and technology achievements, launching academic activities home and abroad, and so on.
