摘　　要：针对目前避雷带中设计施工以及检测维护出现的问题,依据建筑物不同类别和高度,分析了避雷带的安装高度和位置。给出了避雷带安装尺寸、安装方法和焊接方法,以及对沉降缝、接地标志的处理。讨论了避雷带接地阻值检测的原理,提出了避雷带维护要求,为避雷带设置安装及检测维护提供参考。Aiming at the problems of design, construction, inspection and maintenance of lightning strip at pres- ent, based on the different type and height of building, the installation height and location of the lightning strip were an- alyzed. The installation sizes, installation methods and welding of lightning strip were given, including the processing of settlement joint and ground signs. The principles and requirements of the ground resistance testing were discussed. Fi- nally, the maintenance requirements of the lightning strip were given. These may provide reference for setting, installation, testing and maintenance of the lightning strip.
