摘  要:采用熔融还原方式还原钒钛磁铁矿,借助化学分析和XRD等分析方法,考察了配碳量及供碳方式对钒钛还原的影响。研究表明:采用固体碳还原,随着配碳量的增加,铁中的[Ti]和[V]的质量分数均不断增加;不同的供碳方式对还原会产生很大影响,采用混合供碳方式还原效果最好,钒钛质量分数分别达到了0.221%和1.22%;钛在还原过程中有一定的脱硫能力,随着铁样中钛质量分数的增加,铁样中硫质量分数不断降低;随着Ti还原量的增加,V还原量也不断增加。Vanadium-titanium magnetite was reduced with the process of smelting reduction,and the effects of content and sources of carbon on the reduction of vanadium and titanium were investigated by chemical analysis and XRD.The results show that the vanadium and titanium content in the sample increased with the solid carbon content;different carbon providing method had a significant impact for the reduction,and the mixed carbon providing an optimum reduction result,with the vanadium and titanium content in the sample reaching 0.221% and 1.22% respectively;titanium was able to desulfurize during the reduction process,and the sulfur decreased with the increase of titanium,while the vanadium increased.
