祛脂保肝汤联合辛伐他汀治疗非酒精性脂肪肝96例

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药祛脂保肝汤联合辛伐他汀在非酒精性脂肪肝治疗中的作用。[方法]随机将非酒精性脂肪肝门诊患者分为治疗组96例,对照组54例。治疗组予祛脂保肝汤口服,每日1剂,辛伐他汀5mg口服,每日2次;对照组54例,辛伐他汀5mg口服,每日2次;疗程均2个月。[结果]两组总有效率分别为82%和59%;肝功能、血脂变化比较,治疗组均明显优于对照组。[结论]祛脂保肝汤联合辛伐他汀能有效降低血脂及治疗脂肪肝,无明显副作用。[ Objective]To observe the effect of simvastatin Quzhi Liver decoction and non -alcoholic fatty liver in the treatment effect. [ Method] Were non -alcoholic fatty liver clinic 96 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 54 patients. The treatment group was given oral Quzhi liver soup, day 1 , oral administration of simvastatin 5mg 2 times a day; the control group 54 cases of oral simvastatin 5mg 2 times a day; regimens for 2 months. [Results]The total effective rate was 82% and 59% ; liver function, blood lipid changes compared to the treatment group were significantly better than the control group. [ Conclusion ] Liver decoction Quzhi simvastatin treatment can effectively reduce blood lipids and fatty liver, no obvious side effects.
