穴位埋线配合中药对痴呆认知功能影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察穴位埋线配合补肾益智汤对血管性痴呆患者认知功能的影响。[方法]选择轻、中度血管性痴呆患者32例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规治疗,服用盐酸多奈哌齐片,共用2月;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加穴位埋线治疗及口服补肾益智汤。[结果]两组MMSE、HDS-R评分治疗后较治疗前有明显提高,且治疗组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。[结论]穴位埋线配合补肾益智汤能改善VD患者的认知功能。[ Objective ] Observed catgut implantation at acupoint bushenyizhi decoction combined on cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia of influence. [ Method] Choice of mild to moderate vascular dementia in 32 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and the control group con- ventional treatment, taking donepezil hydrochloride tablets, shared in february ; the treatment group were trea- ted on the basis of catgut embedding therapy and oral plus Bushenyizhi decoction. [ Results] After two group of MMSE, HDS -R grading treatment, before treats, has the distinct enhancement, and the treatment group surpasses the control group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Catgut implantation at acupoint bushenylzhi decoction combined can improve cognitive function in patients with VD.
