摘  要:青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥为独塔自锚式悬索结构,受航道通航要求限制,桥面设计高度达60m,钢箱梁施工若采用顶推或小节段吊装工艺,对临时支撑结构要求高且工程量大,经多方案比选最终确定采用临时墩支架配合浮吊大节段安装施工工艺较为经济、可行,采用此工艺涉及到两大核心技术,即大节段钢箱梁吊装技术及大节段钢箱梁精确调位技术。以青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥施工实例为依托,详细介绍大节段钢箱梁安装施工工艺。The Daguhe Waterway Bridge in Qingdao Bay Bridge is a self-anchor-type cable-stayed structure with single tower.Limited by channel navigation condition,the design height of bridge deck is 60 meters.If using pull-over hoisting technology or little segments hoisting technology during construction of steel box girder,some temporary support structure must be used in high level and the working quantity is large.So comparing some technology schemes,large segment hoisting technology with temporary pier support and floating crane is determined finally to be used,which is economic and workable.The two core techniques of this hoisting technology are the hoisting technique and accurate positioning technique of large segment steel box girder.The authors introduce in detail the hoisting technology of the large segment steel box girder in Daguhe Waterway Bridge in Qingdao Bay Bridge.
