摘 要:青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥为独塔自锚式悬索结构,钢箱梁架设采用大节段吊装施工工艺,将全桥55个小块段2.1万t钢箱梁组合成24个大节段吊装,受锚固区整幅梁段限制,还受到浮吊吊装能力、吊高、吊幅及钢箱梁吊耳设计要求等各种因素限制,对吊具要求较高。结合该桥梁段种类多、质量大、分幅梁段偏心严重、整幅梁段宽度宽等特点,提出梁索结合式吊具结构,通过调整扁担梁的位置,使吊具适应不同类型梁段的吊装要求。对青岛海湾大桥钢箱梁吊具结构进行详细介绍。The Daguhe Waterway Bridge in Qingdao Bay Bridge is a self-anchor-type cable-stayed structure with single tower.The steel box girder is constructed by hoisting construction with large segment,which combines 55-little segment of girder with 21 kiloton-weight into 24-large segment of girder.Limited by whole girder in anchor zone and hoisting capacity,hoisting height,and hoisting arm length of floating crane,hoisting equipment is required of very high performances during box girder construction.So combing with girder’s characteristics of more kinds,large mass,large eccentricity of dividing girder and very wide of whole girder,the authors put forward hoisting equipment which combines girder and cable into unit.By adjusting the location of carrying pole,the hoisting equipment can satisfy requirement of different kind of girder segment.The authors introduce in detail the hoisting structure of the large segment steel box girder in Daguhe Waterway Bridge in Qingdao Bay Bridge.
