摘 要:金塘大桥主通航孔桥是一座双塔、双索面的钢箱梁斜拉桥,主跨620m,是目前我国海上跨径最大的斜拉桥,该桥采用无应力状态控制法进行施工监控,中、边跨合龙施工有一定难度。施工过程中,斜拉索采用"一张到位"法控制,可以减少工作量,缩短工期。对桥梁边、中跨合龙的控制理论和思路进行了论述,重点介绍该桥边、中跨合龙的施工步骤、时机选择、注意事项、操作细节和独特之处。Jintang Primary Fairway Bridge is a double-plane twin-pylon cable-stayed bridge with a steel box girder.The main span of the bridge is 620m,which is the longest main span cable-stayed bridge in the sea at present in China,and uses the stress-free control method in construction control.Some difficulties make it hard for closure construction of the side and main spans.Method of position with once tension is used in cable-stayed construction which can reduce work load and short construction period.This paper shows the control theory and method of the closure construction of the side and main spans,especially introduces the construction steps,the timing,matters need attention,operation details and peculiarities of the closure construction,hope that help to the closure construction of the similar bridges.
