固肾安胎丸联合西药治疗先兆流产的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察固肾安胎丸结合西药治疗先兆流产的疗效。方法：将60例先兆流产的患者随机分为两组,观察组30例采用固肾安胎丸联合肌注黄体酮治疗,对照组30例肌注黄体酮治疗。观察治疗前后阴道出血、腰酸、腹痛症状及B超、血孕酮值等。结果：总有效率观察组90.0%,对照组73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组孕8-9周、孕11-12周同期比较孕酮值观察组明显增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医联合治疗疗效显著,且用药安全。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Gushen＇antai pills combined with Western medicines in treatment of threatened abortion.Methods：60 cases with threatened abortion were divided into 2 groups randomly,30 cases in observation group were treated with Gushen＇antai pills combined with intramuscular injection of progesterone,and 30 cases in control group were treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone;the symptoms including vaginal bleeding,soreness of waist and abdominal pain,B ultrasound and blood progesterone values before and after treatment were observed.Results：The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 90.0% and 73.3%,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;the blood progesterone values in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at 8~9 gestational weeks and 11~12 gestational weeks（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of combination of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and Western medicine is effective and safe.
