摘 要:红色荧光粉是白光LED照明应用中的一种关键发光材料,一直是人们研究的重点。合成红色荧光粉最主要方法是高温固相法。为了降低合成温度、优化性能和降低成本,其合成方法先后出现了溶胶-凝胶法、沉淀法、水热法、微波法和燃烧法等。目前在"紫外或紫外光LED+RGB荧光粉"的方法中,红、绿、蓝三种荧光粉的效率都有较大的提高,但红色荧光粉的效率最低,因此其研究更加受到人们的重视。本文将就这些方法在合成红色荧光粉中的现状及存在的问题,分别进行阐述与分析。Red phosphor is a key luminescence material in white LED lighting applications, which has always been the focus of research. The most important method of synthesis of red phosphor is still high temperature solid. In order to reduce the synthesis temperature, optimize property and lower costs, so there was some synthesis method, such as sol-gel method, precipitation, hydrothermal, microwave and burning law and the like. At present, in the “UV or UV LED + RGB phosphors”approach, the efficiency of red, green, and blue phosphor had greatly improved, but the red phosphors efficient was the least. Therefore, the research has been paid more attention. Described and analyzed separately these methods in the synthesis of the red phosphor present situation and problems.
