摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备锶铁氧体包覆碳纳米管(CNTs)的吸波材料,并考察了碳纳米管含量对包覆后样品磁性能及吸波性能的影响。经TEM、XRD验证锶铁氧体成功地包覆在碳纳米管表面;从VSM图中可以看出6%CNTs-Sr-Fe11.5O19的磁性能最佳,矫顽力(Hc)为5916.13Oe。而经网络分析仪测定,5%CNTs-SrFe11.5O19的吸波性能最佳,最大反射率达-19.7dB。The carbon nanotubes (CNTs) coated with strontium ferrite was prepared by sol-gel method in this work. The crystalline peaks of graphite structure and strontium ferrite appeared together in the XRD figure has proved this method was available. Additionally, the effect of the appropriate proportion of CNTs in the composition on the magnetic and absorbing properties has been studied deeply. The results showed that 6% CNTs-SrFe11.5O19 had the best magnetic property with coercive force, 5916.13Oe. While the CNTs concentration was 5%, it had the maximum absorption value of -19.7dB in the higher microwave absorbing band, proving the best performance in absorbing property.
