摘  要:以纳米SiO2/聚苯并噁嗪(PBOZ)为基体树脂,与碳纤维(CF)复合,制备了CF/SiO2/PBOZ复合材料,研究了纳米SiO2含量对其弯曲强度、层间剪切强度以及断面形貌的影响。结果表明,纳米SiO2含量为4%时,CF/SiO2/PBOZ复合材料的性能最好,材料的弯曲强度和层间剪切强度分别达到835和72.1MPa,比不含纳米SiO2的复合材料分别增加了14%和44%。将纳米SiO2含量为4%的CF/SiO2/PBOZ复合材料置于沸水中煮24h,处理前后的层间剪切强度和玻璃化转变温度均保持不变。The CF/SiO2/PBOZ composites were prepared by nano-SiO2/PBOZ as matrix. The mechanical properties and fractured surfaces of CF/SiO2/PBOZ composites were examined in detail. The results showed that the properties of CF/SiO2/PBOZ composites were the best when the nano-SiO2 content was 4%. The bending strength was 835 MPa, which increased 14% compared to the CF/PBOZ composite. The interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) was 72. 1 MPa, which increased 44% compared to the CF/PBOZ composite. CF/SiO2/PBOZ composites with 4% nano-SiO2 content can keep the ILSS and Tg invariable after water-boiled for 24h.
